PROGRAM
- Stop along the Croisette, with a visit to the Palais du Cinéma and a stroll along the beautiful promenade where elegant belle epoque hotels stand.
- An interesting boat trip to the Lerins Islands, a protected marine park, can be an interesting alternative to shopping in the boutiques of the old town.
- Lunch break and transfer to Nice along the coast via Juan les Pins and Cap d’Antibes. (30 km – 40′ approx.)
- Entering the city via the Russian Church, the historic Hotel Negresco and the Promenade des Anglais.
- A stop around Place Massena will allow you to stroll through the quaint alleyways of the old town, where there is a flower market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and a flea market on Mondays.
- For fans of modern art, a must-see is the Museum of Contemporary Art (also in the Place Massena area), as is a visit to the Matisse Museum, which is located instead near the archaeological zone of Cimiez.
- Stop at the medieval village of Eze and then return.
