La pietanza \u00e8 originaria di Nizza. Infatti \u00e8 conosciuta anche come insalata nizzarda. La ricetta prevede l'uso di uova sode, pomodori, acciughe, tonno e olive. Di questo piatto ne esistono diverse versioni, tra cui il condiglione, ricetta ligure che prevede l\u2019aggiunta di fagiolini e patate lesse.\\nPoi, c'\u00e8 un'altra pietanza conosciuta come la Merda d\u00e9 can. Il nome del piatto viene dal modo con cui i provenzali definivano i nizzardi; ci\u00f2nonostante, gli abitanti di Nizza se ne sono orgogliosamente appropriati. Nonostante appunto il nome non ispiri grande fiducia, si tratta di un piatto che ricorda molto gli gnocchi verdi con patate, bietole e un uovo opzionale a cui si aggiunge un po\u2019 di farina.\\nUn altro prodotto \u00e8 l'ancho\u00efade, un piatto tradizionale a base di acciughe, capperi, olio d'oliva e aglio da spalmare sul pane tostato per l'aperitivo.\\nDa assaggiare \u00e8 il pan-bagnat.
