PROGRAM
- Transfer to the old port of San Remo for embarkation on dinghy or speedboat.
- Departure for France, passing Cape Nero, the beaches of Ospedaletti, the delightful Bay of Madonna della Ruota, which takes you to see Bordighera from the sea, with the upper town dominating the view.
- Passing Ventimiglia, one can enjoy one of the most spectacular views in Liguria, with beaches nestled between the rocks of the Calandre and Balzi Rossi.
- We enter France, skirting Menton and then the greenery and luxurious villas of Roquebrune Cap Martin, which will open to you the view of the skyscrapers of Monte Carlo, and then past Cap Ferrat and arrive in the bay of Nice, skirting the legendary promenade des Anglais. It continues by rounding Cap d’Antibes and arriving in the bay of Cannes.
- The islands of Lerin (Lerin), Saint Marguerite and Saint Honorat, are a protected natural park and are home to important historical monuments.
- L’island of Santa Margherita is home to a fortress that was built to protect the coast from the Invincible Spanish Armada, and legend has it that the Iron Mask was locked up there. In addition to discovering the nature of the island you can visit the fortress, which houses an interesting museum of the sea.
- L‘island of Sant’Onorato is owned by Cistercian monks who inhabit the ancient 5th-century monastery, where you can also taste the wine produced on the island. The island is a place of meditation and tranquility.
- At the end of the visit return by boat to San Remo.
