Beyond Film Festival, Cannes also celebrates television series. The occasion comes courtesy of the Cannes International Series Festival, known as CanneSeries.
Created in spring 2018, CanneSeries aims to promote series from around the world. Theevent takes place over six days in April, a week on the sidelines of the MIPTV (International Television and Digital Content Market) where screenings, meetings, and masterclasses take place throughout the city of Cannes.
Fun fact: The stars of the small screen don’t debark on the classic red carpet, but on one in pink!
