With the Whale Watching excursion to the French Riviera you will spend an extraordinary day searching for the large cetaceans that inhabit the Mediterranean Sea.
EXCURSION PROGRAM
Our whale watching starts at the port of Villefranche-sur-Mer. You will board a boat that will take you on this exciting journey, lasting about 4 hours, in search of whales, sperm whales and dolphins.
The Pelagos Cetacean Sanctuary, which covers the stretch of sea between the French Riviera and Corsica, was established in 1993 between Italy, France and Monaco. This is a testament to the international scope the phenomenon has reached in recent years. We aim to protect the more than 2,000 cetaceans belonging to eight different species that inhabit the Ligurian Sea.
Excursion available from June to September for individual clientele.
The excursion will not take place in case of adverse sea conditions.
THE EXCURSION INCLUDES:
- Excursion by motorboat of the duration of approx. 4 hours.
- Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays from June to September
- July and August: available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
